Kennecott Copper Mine! Hit the sandy border and go all the way west!! This excavation is so large that it can be seen from space! And not to mention the tires that are used on the trucks which carry out the ore cost 25,000 dollars.....EACH! Cha Ching! This was a fun trip and we will always be grateful to the guard who let us in for free because we were 1 dollar short of the 5 dollars in cost to enter and no NEAR ATM available! These kinds of human interactions really rock my world!
